We are delighted to announce some wonderful enhancements coming to our beloved community. Since Endeavor Communities took over management of Decatur Estates on N Illinois Road in Decatur, IL, in February 2024, we’ve been committed to making our neighborhood an even better place to live.
One of our first initiatives was rejuvenating the community by addressing unoccupied properties. Through a successful collaboration with Macon County, we acquired legal titles to over 15 abandoned homes and have since removed them. This has opened up beautiful new spaces and dramatically improved the appearance of Decatur Estates.

• Improved Mailbox Area and Playground: Upgrades are on the way to make these common areas more functional and enjoyable.
