Why Rent When You Can Own?

“I have been a resident here for the last four – going on five – years. Safe streets and everyone looks out for each other. Close to town and schools.”

“Landlord manager and her assistance are extremely helpful. Any issue and problem, they are on top of it. I love my neighbors. I hope soon to see the park upgraded with a new playground and swings.”

“We have had nothing but good things happen since moving into our brand new trailer here. It’s super quiet and so far our neighborhoods are great. No complaints from us!”

“I looked at multiple mobile park homes at least 12 in Minnesota and I can honestly say this is by the nicest park of all of them and the most affordable.”

“It is nice to know when you spend so much on a home that the community is where you would want to put it. If you live out of state and are looking to move to this area I would look here first.”

“We’ve been here for a year and a month. We love it here! Quiet, convenient to many stores and restaurants, the property is a short distance to highways. Nice neighborhoods around us. Management is friendly and welcoming.”

“This is great community. Both the homes and the facilities are very well maintained, you can tell that the staff and management care a lot about how they are presented to the area.”

“We just recently moved back from southeast Iowa and found a perfect home here. At first I want sure because I went from a 3 story to a one flat story trailer but it’s beautiful and the staff are very helpful.”
